Logic — CD4000B (CMOS)
Classic 4000-series CMOS. Wider 3–18V supply, slower than 74HC; do not leave inputs floating.
Timers (555)
555-type timing ICs. Choose bipolar (more output drive) vs CMOS (lower power, higher frequency).
Drivers
Current-sink Darlington arrays and a motor H-bridge for relays, steppers and DC motors.
Interface (RS-232 / RS-485)
Serial line transceivers. Match the standard (RS-232 point-to-point vs RS-485 multi-drop) and the supply.

Each row carries an evidence level so verified and provisional data are never mixed.

Why are pinouts not in this comparison table?
Because the pinouts in our database were not independently primary-verified (manufacturer datasheets are PDFs our tooling cannot read). To avoid spreading unverified data, pin assignments are deliberately kept out of this table. Click a part name to open its dedicated pinout page and the datasheet, and always confirm the pinout against the physical part before wiring.
Where do these parameters come from?
From this site’s verified ICS library plus each part’s datasheet. 26 anchor parts were cross-checked against the manufacturer’s own product page on 2026-06-04; rows inherited from a verified family member are marked “◐ family”, and any row that could not be web-verified is marked “⚠ 参数待核实”. Nothing is fabricated.
What does the “参数待核实” mark mean?
That row’s manufacturer page was blocked or available only as a PDF, so its parameters could not be cross-checked online. It is shown for completeness but should be treated as provisional — confirm it against the datasheet before relying on it.
